The Bisnis-27 Index’s gains occurred in contrast to the IHSG, which experienced a correction of 0.21%, or a decrease of 16.27 points, to 7,869.59.
Earlier, the Phintraco Sekuritas Research Team technically explained that the IHSG’s weakening in the first session by 0.20% was accompanied by a narrowing negative slope of the MACD, which continues, and the Stochastic RSI formed a Golden Cross in the oversold area.
With these considerations, Phintraco Sekuritas projects that the IHSG in the second session today will end at 7,850-7,900.
Meanwhile, the Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia Research Team noted that the weakening of the IHSG in the first session today indicated a trend of investors beginning to realize profits amid minimal market-moving sentiments. Mirae Sekuritas noted that almost all sectors were in the red zone, except for IDX Cyclicals and IDX Techno.
“The majority of Asian stock exchanges appreciated, following the rally that swept through technology stocks in the US overnight,” the research wrote.
