The Head of Public Relations for Polda Jabar, Police Commissioner Hendra Rochmawan, clarified that the compulsory pickup was initiated because Lisa had failed to comply with two previous police summonses.
“After issuing two summonses, the individual repeatedly evaded our calls and offered numerous excuses, which ultimately led us to proceed with the arrest,” Commissioner Hendra informed reporters at the West Java Regional Police Headquarters on Thursday, December 4th, detailing the circumstances that necessitated the forced action.
