Despite the revelation, Agusfriansa remained tight-lipped about further substantive details, stating, “If related to LM, that is actually already one of the materials of the complaint, and I will not convey more clearly about it.”
Agusfriansa firmly asserted that the reasons stipulated in the divorce petition are deeply private and therefore demand respect from the public. Consequently, Atalia’s legal team has chosen not to disclose the specific intricacies of the case to the public sphere. “For the reasons of the lawsuit itself, of course, we must be able to respect them, because fundamentally, the reasons for the lawsuit are private,” he explained, emphasizing the need for confidentiality in such sensitive matters during the high-profile divorce proceedings.
Debi further clarified that the agenda for this initial hearing was mediation, marking the very beginning stages of the legal process. At present, the legal team’s primary focus remains steadfastly on the divorce complaint itself, rather than addressing other issues that may be emerging outside the courtroom discussions. “Regarding marital assets, that seems still too far off. For now, our focus is on the divorce complaint first,” he stated, outlining the structured progression of the legal proceedings.
