Citing his unfulfilled sexual needs from Wardatina Mawa as a primary reason, Insanul Fahmi eventually contemplated marrying a second time.
“I also have needs, excuse me, as we are all adults here. Sometimes, if you’re constantly rejected, what can you do? I didn’t want to dwell on it, but we all have our limits,” he explained. “That’s when I felt, ‘Alright, I might as well get married again’.”

The couple reportedly married on January 27, 2019, when Mawa had just completed high school.
After their marriage in Medan, North Sumatra, Insanul brought his wife to live in Jakarta in 2020. Since then, Mawa revealed she had to give up her aspirations to dedicate herself to her role as a wife.
She confessed to once dreaming of becoming a policewoman, a dream that was regrettably abandoned. Mawa shared this poignant story during her appearance as a participant on the “Kajian Hati” program on a television station.
“In 2020, I followed my husband to Jakarta, leaving behind my dreams. I really wanted to be a policewoman, but with my husband’s presence, that dream had to be forfeited,” Mawa stated, as quoted by Tribunnews.com on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.
Despite a hint of regret, Mawa expressed gratitude for her life path, believing that becoming a homemaker was her destined role at that time.
