The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) has recently unveiled a crucial list of listed companies exhibiting high shareholding concentration. This significant market condition arises when a predominant portion of a company’s shares is held by a limited number of specific entities or parties, potentially influencing corporate governance and market dynamics within the Indonesian stock market.
This noteworthy announcement, made jointly by the BEI and the Indonesia Central Securities Depository (KSEI), followed the close of trading on Thursday, April 2. The determination of high shareholding concentration status was meticulously based on both scrip and non-scrip share ownership structures as recorded on March 31, 2026. As of Saturday, April 4, at 3:50 PM Western Indonesia Time (WIB), a total of nine listed companies have been identified on this comprehensive list.
Topping the list for the most concentrated stock ownership is PT Rockfields Properti Indonesia Tbk (ROCK). A select group of specific shareholders collectively controls an overwhelming 99.85 percent of its total shares, demonstrating an exceptionally tight grip on the company’s equity.
Closely following ROCK is PT Ifishdeco Tbk (IFSH), where aggregated shareholding reaches a substantial 99.77 percent. Continuing the trend of significant concentration, PT Satria Mega Kencana Tbk (SOTS) also features prominently on the list, with specific parties holding a concentrated ownership of 98.35 percent.
Further demonstrating high shareholding concentration, PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk (AGII) reports a considerable 97.75 percent of its shares under the control of a few key stakeholders. Meanwhile, PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (BREN) is also included in this compilation, with its ownership concentration standing at a notable 97.31 percent.
The list continues with PT Panca Anugrah Wisesa Tbk (MGLV), recording a concentrated ownership of 95.94 percent. This is closely trailed by PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA), which exhibits a 95.76 percent concentration. Finally, rounding out the distinguished list of companies with high shareholding concentration is PT Abadi Lestari Indonesia Tbk (RLCO), whose concentrated stock ownership stands at 95.35 percent.
