Purwantono emphasized that the company remains deeply committed to maximizing shareholder value through sustainable management practices. “The dividend per share (DPS) is set at Rp 156.2, matching the previous period’s payout. These dividends will be distributed proportionally to shareholders listed on the Register of Shareholders as of the record date on June 4, 2026, with the official payment scheduled for June 19, 2026. The remaining net profit for 2025 will be allocated as retained earnings to serve as a corporate reserve,” Rivan stated in Jakarta on Wednesday (May 20).

Throughout 2025, the state-owned enterprise successfully maintained a stable core profit of Rp 3.7 trillion. Total operating revenue climbed to Rp 19.8 trillion, marking a 5.8 percent year-on-year (yoy) increase. This revenue was primarily driven by toll operations, which contributed Rp 18.2 trillion, complemented by Rp 1.6 trillion from other business segments.

The company also reported a strengthened EBITDA of Rp 13.3 trillion, achieving a robust EBITDA margin of 67.0 percent. “Jasa Marga has successfully maintained stable and resilient performance growth,” Rivan added. “This core profit stability is supported by higher operating revenue and EBITDA, as well as our success in reducing consolidated financial expenses by 10.5 percent year-on-year, a positive outcome of the equity financing corporate action carried out in late 2024.”

In the toll road concession sector, Jasa Marga continues to solidify its position as the market leader and the largest toll road operator in Indonesia. Currently, the company operates 1,294 kilometers of toll roads out of its total concession portfolio of 1,736 kilometers.
