JAKARTA — PT Pradiksi Gunatama Tbk. (PGUN), a palm oil issuer owned by conglomerate Haji Isam, has officially announced a cash dividend distribution for the 2025 fiscal year. Shareholders are set to receive a total of Rp39.99 billion, equivalent to Rp6.97 per share.
According to PGUN Finance Director Tamlikho, the dividend distribution was formally approved during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on May 21, 2026. The payout is derived from the company’s strong net profit performance throughout the 2025 financial year.
“The company will distribute cash dividends for the 2025 fiscal year totaling Rp39,992,806,708, or Rp6.97 per share,” Tamlikho stated in an official disclosure on Monday, May 25, 2026.
