According to Sangun Ragahdo, a legal representative for Tasya Farasya, the day’s agenda focused entirely on the plaintiff’s burden of proof. “The agenda was the plaintiff’s presentation of evidence. Today, we submitted a list of evidence, and to further strengthen our lawsuit, we also brought in five witnesses,” Sangun explained after the hearing. He emphasized that the primary objective of this evidence presentation was to reinforce the core arguments of their divorce petition, the reasons for which, he noted, were already widely known to the public.

Fattah Rifat, another attorney for Tasya Farasya, elaborated on the nature of the witness testimonies. He stated that the witnesses detailed the conditions of the couple’s relationship from their time together up until the official filing of the divorce petition. Beyond personal dynamics, the testimonies also delved into corporate matters, financial circumstances, and various monetary flows. “The remainder was related to the company, presenting financial conditions, discussing monetary flows, and so forth. Essentially, we endeavored to prove every aspect contained within our lawsuit,” Fattah clarified, underscoring the comprehensive scope of the evidence.

Notably, Sangun highlighted that the defense did not substantially challenge the evidence presented. “Most of what we saw today was not disputed by the legal counsel for the defendant,” Sangun observed, suggesting a degree of acceptance regarding the testimonies. The proceedings are now set to advance, with the next session scheduled for the defendant’s turn to present their evidence.

Looking ahead, Sangun outlined the remaining stages of the legal process. “The next agenda will be the presentation of evidence from the defendant’s side, in this case, Ahmad’s side. Following that will be the summation, directly leading to the verdict,” he added. Tasya Farasya initially filed for divorce from Ahmad Assegaf through the South Jakarta Religious Court’s e-court system on September 12, 2025. The couple, who were married for seven years, share two children, a boy and a girl.
