Despite this burgeoning pipeline of potential public offerings, Nyoman noted that as of the first week of March 2026, no companies had officially listed their shares on the exchange floor or successfully raised funds through an IPO scheme. This indicates a period of preparation and regulatory review before these companies make their market debut.

Beyond the equity market, Nyoman also provided an update on the vibrant debt market. To date, 37 issuances from 26 issuers of debt and sukuk securities (EBUS) have successfully raised a substantial Rp41.41 trillion, demonstrating strong activity in fixed-income instruments. “As of March 6, 2026, an additional 20 issuances from 13 EBUS issuers are currently in the pipeline,” Nyoman concluded, signaling continued activity in this segment of the capital market.

The BEI’s pipeline for these corporate actions currently includes one additional company from the property and real estate sector, indicating ongoing efforts by existing listed entities to bolster their capital.
