At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM), approval was granted for a total cash dividend of IDR 42.76 billion, translating to IDR 12.28 per share, based on the company’s robust performance in 2025.
This dividend payout represents a maximum of 30% of WOM Finance’s net profit for the 2025 financial year, underscoring the company’s commitment to delivering value to its investors.
The decision was formally ratified at the AGM, which took place on March 30, 2026, as confirmed by Cincin Lisa Hadi, Director and Corporate Secretary of WOMF.

In a disclosure released on Saturday, April 4, 2026, Cincin Lisa Hadi further elaborated that the cash dividends are earmarked for shareholders registered on the company’s official list (the recording date) by 4:00 PM Western Indonesian Time (WIB) on April 10, 2026.
Beyond the dividend amount, WOM Finance also unveiled the comprehensive schedule for the dividend distribution, ensuring transparency for its investors.

- Ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market: April 9, 2026

WOM Finance reaffirmed that the dividend payments will be facilitated through the Indonesia Central Securities Depository (KSEI) or directly transferred to shareholders’ bank accounts, adhering strictly to prevailing regulations and mechanisms.
This significant dividend payout is a direct reflection of the company’s strong financial health and performance. As of December 31, 2025, WOM Finance reported a net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 142.55 billion. Complementing this, the company maintained healthy retained earnings of IDR 1.37 trillion and a total equity of IDR 1.98 trillion.
