
Flooring Guide by Cinvex – , JAKARTA – The Bisnis-27 Index concluded today’s trading session on Monday, April 6, 2026, with a slight dip. Despite the overall weakening trend, several prominent stocks, including BUMI, BRPT, and INCO, demonstrated robust performance, advancing significantly by the close of afternoon trading.
According to data released by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the Bisnis-27 Index, a collaborative effort between BEI and Harian Bisnis Indonesia, closed down by 0.01% to settle at 481.69. A detailed look at the 27 constituent stocks revealed a mixed sentiment, with 12 shares strengthening, 14 weakening, and one remaining stagnant.
Leading the surge in stock prices was PT Bumi Resources Tbk. (BUMI), which posted an impressive gain of 6.14% to reach Rp242. Following closely were shares of PT Barito Pacific Tbk. (BRPT), climbing 5.08% to Rp1,345, and PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. (INCO), which strengthened by 3.18% to close at Rp5,675. These strong performances defied the broader market’s cautious mood.
Further reinforcing the positive momentum, other notable companies also experienced upward movements. PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk. (PTBA) saw its shares rise by 2.41% to Rp2,980, while PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk. (DSNG) increased by 1.80% to Rp1,700. Additionally, PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. (AMRT) recorded a gain of 1.04%, reaching Rp1,455, highlighting continued investor interest in these sectors.
The positive trend extended to other key players in the Indonesian stock market. PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (TLKM) shares advanced by 0.96% to Rp3,160, and PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk. (INKP) saw a 0.52% increase, closing at Rp9,675. Healthcare sector representative PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk. (MIKA) also contributed to the gains, rising 0.48% to Rp2,110.
Conversely, the market also witnessed significant declines in several prominent stocks. Leading the downturn was PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk. (MAPI), which experienced a notable drop of 4.98% to Rp1,240. Shares of PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk. (ADMR) also fell by 3.72% to Rp1,810, and PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BBNI) declined by 1.62% to Rp3,640, reflecting challenges in these segments.
The downward pressure was similarly felt by other companies. PT Kalbe Farma Tbk. (KLBF) decreased by 1.03% to Rp960, while PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk. (PGEO) shares slipped by 0.98% to Rp1,010. Rounding out the declines, PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk. (HEAL) saw a 0.82% reduction in its share price, closing at Rp1,215, as the market grappled with varying investor sentiments.
